April Quinn-Paquet (AKA AQP)
April was introduced to CrossFit 5 years ago through her husband who wanted to change things up a bit and try CrossFit. She fell in love with the new movements and sense of community. April holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from Norwich University, and has worked for a life science mass spectrometer company, SCIEX, for 14 years. The same holds true in her current position as a Software Applications and Technical Marketing specialist; however her newly found passion for nutrition, movement, health, and community (and with a little suggestion from Ronda) spurred her to pursue her CrossFit Level 1. She has a 155 lb overhead squat and can do double-unders backwards. She can also be seen dancing during almost every warm-up…
Brian has been CrossFitting since 2006 and was the World Champion in 2010 in his age group. With both CrossFit and his successful business career, continuous improvement has been his primary motivation. After selling his business in 2018 he has more time to pass on the knowledge he has gained as a competitive athlete.
Kerri has been doing CrossFit since 2014. This year after competing in the Open she placed in the top 200 in her age group. After going on to compete in the Online Qualifier she decided to get her Level 1 Certification. Kerri was an avid runner before starting CrossFit. She has done countless races from 5 and 10k’s, 8 marathons 14 half marathons and Ragnar Relays to obstacle races including Spartan Races and Tough Mudders. She started CrossFit after an overuse injury forced her to change her daily running routine. Besides her love of CrossFit and coaching, Kerri also worked as a personal trainer and an EMT. Although health and fitness are a huge part of her life, her real passion is for animals. She worked as a Licensed Veterinary Technician for 23 years in NY and owned a doggie daycare. She now owns 27 acres in Sherborn with her husband and 5 children between them. They have 3 dogs 3 cats 6 Alpacas and chickens.
