Life and Wellness Coach

Melinda is a certified Life and Health Coach and an avid CrossFitter who aims to lead clients with strength, tenacity and compassionate insight. Life coaching since 2012, Melinda has extensive training in coaching, leadership, organizational development and human resources. She earned her Master’s Degree in HR/Organizational Development at Suffolk University and undergraduate degree from Providence College. Now the owner of her own boutique Whole-Life and Wellness coaching business, Melinda is passionate about working with people who decide that it is their responsibility to strive for success and health through coaching, nutrition, and fitness. Prior to her role as a coach, she worked as a consultant and in-house at many local emerging organizations. There she focused on the design and implementation of HR and coaching strategies to help people and organizations thrive in their careers, leadership roles, programs, and lives.

A life-long competitive athlete, Melinda was a key member of the nationally ranked, Division I, Providence College Field Hockey team. She discovered CrossFit in 2013 after looking for more than her basement gym workouts and a push from her CrossFit-ing brother. Playing sports has allowed her to gain insight with setting goals, teamwork, learning from set backs, and applying those lessons to life. Melinda loves the barbell and has a #155 snatch and #245 back squat 😊
