Ronda Rockett, M.D.
Ronda is a long time CrossFitter and former games athlete. She discovered CrossFit in 2008 when she got the bug from Heather and Ben Bergeron. Coaching since 2015, Ronda majored in Psychology at Harvard undergrad and went on to graduate from Boston University School of Medicine. After completing her residency in Family Medicine from Tufts, she worked for 12 years as a Family Doctor enjoying meaningful, long term relationships with patients. Now Ronda is coaching athletes of all ages and helping control diabetes, high cholesterol, high blood pressure, obesity/overweight, depression and other medical conditions as owner of one of the first CrossFit Health affiliates. As a child, Ronda was a competitive swimmer, held 13 New England Age Group records, competed internationally and earned a Varsity Letter as a member of the Harvard Women’s Swim Team.
